Our Story
Born from love, flavored by memory.
Mistic was born in 2025 from a very simple, very powerful feeling: the taste of home.
We are Juli and Nati — two Colombian cousins living in the United States, missing the kitchens that raised us. The golden smell of freshly baked pandeyucas. Sunday mornings with family. The warmth of a table full of flavors we grew up with.
We didn't set out to start a business. We set out to share something real.
So we started making pandeyucas — gluten-free, crafted from cassava and real cheese, with no preservatives and no shortcuts. Small batches, made by hand, with the same care and love as the ones our families made back home in Colombia.
Today, Mistic is our way of bringing a little bit of Colombia to every home — whether you miss it, or you're discovering it for the very first time.
